1. Introduction & Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to the RoyalBDT platform and all of its services. By registering, logging in, placing bets, or completing any transaction on RoyalBDT, you are deemed to have read and fully accepted these terms.
RoyalBDT is an online betting and casino platform operating under an international gaming licence. These terms are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered the authoritative text.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or via a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Registration
When registering on RoyalBDT, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Please keep the following in mind:
- The name, date of birth, mobile number, and email provided at registration must be accurate.
- Only one account may be registered per mobile number or email address.
- Different members of the same household may open separate accounts using their own individual identities and payment methods.
- During the account verification (KYC) process, a copy of your National ID or passport may be required.
- It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their account login credentials (password) confidential. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements
The following requirements must be met to participate on RoyalBDT:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Documentation to verify your age may be requested at any time.
- Accounts may not be used from countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law.
- Individuals with mental incapacity, or those whose financial decision-making rights have been restricted by a court order, are not permitted to use this service.
- RoyalBDT employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate in any betting services.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on RoyalBDT are governed by the following rules:
Deposit Rules:
- Minimum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes.
- Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
Withdrawal Rules:
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met, the bonus amount will be deducted from the withdrawal calculation.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed in cases of unusual transactions or suspicious activity.

5. Betting Rules
The following rules apply when placing bets on RoyalBDT:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a Cash Out option is available, in which case it may be used.
- Pre-match betting markets close before the event begins. Live bets are active only while the match is in progress.
- If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally refunded. However, specific rules may apply depending on the sport.
- Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.
- If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, that leg's odds will be calculated as 1.00.
- RoyalBDT is not responsible for bets failing to go through in live betting due to system delays.
- RoyalBDT reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits at any time.
6. Bonus & Promotion Terms
Each bonus and promotion on RoyalBDT comes with its own specific terms. The general rules are outlined below:
- The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once per account.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal (specific requirements are stated in each offer).
- All slots bets count 100% toward wagering requirements. For Sports Betting, only bets placed at odds of 1.50 or higher are typically counted.
- There may be a maximum single bet limit on bets placed with bonus funds, as specified in each offer's details.
- Bonuses have a claim deadline. If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any winnings forfeited.
- Specific terms for individual promotions are listed separately on the promotion page and take precedence.
7. Prohibited Activities
Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or benefits more than once.
- Operating an account under someone else's name or using a third party's identity.
- Using arbitrage betting, middling, or guaranteed profit strategies.
- Placing bets automatically using betting systems or software.
- Intentionally exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform.
- Using funds obtained through money laundering or from illegal sources.
- Fraudulent or deceptive conduct toward other users.
8. Account Closure & Suspension
RoyalBDT may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Upon evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
- Submitting false or fraudulent documents during KYC verification.
- Prolonged inactivity (generally exceeding 12 months).
- Upon the user's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
- Upon receipt of a legal or regulatory directive.
A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive account balances in accordance with our policy. Users who wish to close their account can submit a closure request — any remaining balance will be refunded, though unallocated bonuses will be forfeited.
9. Responsible Gaming
RoyalBDT believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of harm. That's why we always provide the following tools:

10. Limitation of Liability
RoyalBDT is not liable for the following:
- In cases where a bet is lost or a match is missed due to internet disconnection.
- In the event of delays or errors caused by a third-party payment provider.
- Any loss arising from a user sharing their own login credentials with another person.
- In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).
- Decisions made by third-party sports authorities regarding event outcomes.
RoyalBDT's maximum liability for any single incident shall be limited to the user's available account balance at the time.
11. Policy on Changes to Terms
RoyalBDT may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will:
